Description |
Rhizome slooping or suberect, to 20 mm diameter; rhizome scales brown, ovate in outline, 3–4 x 1.2–1.4 mm, margin sometimes with a few teeth, apex gradually tapering to a sharp point. Fronds simple, tufted, ± erect, not proliferous. Stipe 6–12 cm long, sparsely scaly. Lamina lanceolate, 7–20 x 1.8–3.8 cm, entire, margin rather obscurely crenate, apex gradually tapering into a rounded tip; veins branched about halfway; with minute sparse scales beneath. Sori along the veins, almost reaching midrib and margin, linear, (5–)7–20 mm long; indusium entire, membranaceous, to 1.4 mm wide. |
